The exact information depends on the features you choose to use and the permissions you grant on your device.

Account and agreement information

Agreed may process your email address, display name, account identifier, authentication status, and notification token. When you create or receive an agreement, the service may store the agreement title and description, type, amount, due date, party names, status, timestamps, signing records, and other information you choose to include.

Sharing, verification, and signatures

When an agreement is shared, Agreed creates a unique signing link and may process the recipient information supplied by the sender. Email or phone verification information may be used to confirm access. Signing records may include the signer's name, verification method, signature confirmation, date and time, and a reference identifier. Anyone who receives a valid signing link may be able to view the information made available through that link, so users should share links carefully.

AI-assisted drafting

If you use AI-assisted drafting, the prompt and relevant agreement details you provide are sent to our cloud function and an AI service provider to generate a suggested draft. Do not include information that is unnecessary or highly sensitive. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed before use.

Notifications and communications

Agreed may use your device notification token to send service notifications, such as an update when an agreement is signed. We may also send verification or service emails. You can manage notification permissions in your device settings.

How information is used

Information is used to provide requested features, maintain your records, operate and secure the product, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

Where a feature requires cloud hosting, authentication, email or phone verification, payments, or crash reporting, carefully selected providers may process limited information on our behalf. Their use is limited to delivering those services and is governed by their own policies and our agreements with them.

Retention and security

Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the product. We use reasonable safeguards, but no digital service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may decline optional device permissions, change notification settings, request access or deletion where applicable, or stop using the product. Some core features may not work without information they require.

Children

Agreed is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
