Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using Agreed, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
The service
Agreed helps people put everyday promises, services, repayments, and shared responsibilities in writing. A guided flow keeps the important details visible and gives both sides a clear record. Features may change as we improve the product, and some functionality may depend on your device, region, operating system, or third-party services.
Agreements and electronic signatures
Agreed helps users record and sign everyday commitments. You are responsible for confirming each party's identity, authority, intent, and consent; checking every term before sending or signing; and determining whether an electronic record or signature is appropriate for your situation. Nirmita Technologies is not a party to agreements created through the service and does not guarantee that any agreement is complete, accurate, enforceable, or legally binding.
Shared signing links
A signing link may allow its holder to view and act on the agreement information made available through that link. Keep links confidential, send them only to the intended recipient, and notify us if you believe a link or account has been misused.
AI-assisted drafts
AI-generated text is a drafting aid, may contain errors or omit important terms, and is not legal advice. You must review and edit every generated draft before relying on or sharing it. Do not use AI-assisted drafting as a substitute for a qualified professional.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, protecting your account and device, maintaining appropriate backups, and using the product lawfully. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, violate another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights, or use the product to harm or defraud others.
No professional advice
Agreed is a software tool and does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional when advice is needed.
Third-party services
Some features may rely on app stores, cloud hosting, authentication, email or phone verification, AI providers, iCloud, or other third parties. Their separate terms and policies may also apply. Nirmita Technologies is not responsible for services controlled by those providers.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to improve security, comply with law, or evolve the product. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Agreed is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Nirmita Technologies LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the product.
Termination
You may stop using the product at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce this Agreement, comply with law, or secure the service.
Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Agreement. The effective date above identifies the current version.
