Data & account requests
Requesting access or deletion
Email contact@nirmitatechnologies.com from the address connected to your account. Put “BizLedger Pro data or account request” in the subject and tell us whether you are requesting access, correction, or deletion.
Verification
To protect your information, we may ask you to verify that you control the account. Never send your password, full bank information, or one-time verification code.
What deletion means
When applicable, deletion removes or de-identifies account information and user content from active systems. Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment records, dispute resolution, or backup integrity.
Local-only products
If BizLedger Pro stores its records only on your device, uninstalling the app or clearing its local data removes that information from the device. Nirmita Technologies cannot delete or recover information it does not receive.
