BrainGrid Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 17, 2026

BrainGrid ("the app") is a puzzle game made by Nirmita Technologies ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app uses and why.

No accounts, no personal details

BrainGrid does not ask you to create an account and does not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or location.

Information stored on your device

Your game progress (puzzles solved, best times, streaks, level, settings, unlocked themes and keypads) is saved only on your device. We cannot see it. Deleting the app deletes this information.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version of BrainGrid shows ads provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, device type and how you interact with ads. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, the app asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings > Privacy choices. You can also reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings. Learn how Google uses data at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

Analytics (Google Firebase Analytics)

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used so we can improve it — for example, which games are played, whether puzzles are finished, and when the app crashes or is opened. This information is linked to a random app ID and device information (such as model and operating system), not to your name or identity. We do not sell this information.

Purchases

BrainGrid offers an optional one-time "Remove Ads" purchase. Payments are handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never receive your payment card or billing details; we only receive confirmation that the purchase was made.

Notifications

If you turn on the daily reminder, the reminder is scheduled on your device. We do not use push notification servers.

Children

BrainGrid is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will help remove it.

Data retention and your choices

Analytics data is kept according to Google's retention settings and then deleted automatically. You can request deletion of analytics data linked to your device by contacting us. Uninstalling the app removes all game data stored on your device.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
