BrainGrid Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the BrainGrid app made by Nirmita Technologies ("we", "us"). By downloading or using BrainGrid, you agree to these terms.
Using the app
BrainGrid is provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app or its content, puzzles, artwork or sounds.
Ads and purchases
The free version of BrainGrid contains ads. You can buy "Remove Ads", a one-time in-app purchase that removes ads and makes extra hints free on the device and store account used for the purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their terms and refund policies. Use "Restore a past purchase" in Settings to restore Remove Ads on a new device with the same store account.
Virtual items
Hints, streak shields, XP, levels, themes and keypads earned in the game have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may change as the game is updated.
Game progress
Your progress is stored on your device. We are not responsible for progress lost if the app is deleted, the device is reset, or data is lost.
Availability and changes
We may update, change or stop offering BrainGrid or any feature at any time. We try to keep puzzles accurate and the app working well, but the app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nirmita Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app or in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim.
App store terms
If you downloaded BrainGrid from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its support.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
