User Agreement

Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using QuickClipper, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
The service
QuickClipper keeps reusable text, links, reminders, code, files, photos, and audio notes organized and ready whenever you need them. Search, tag, pin, and copy your most useful information in seconds. Features may change as we improve the product, and some functionality may depend on your device, region, operating system, or third-party services.
Your saved content
You retain responsibility for the snippets, notes, links, attachments, photos, and audio you save. You must have the right to store and reuse that content and must not use QuickClipper to keep or distribute unlawful, infringing, harmful, or unauthorized material.
Storage, synchronization, and backups
QuickClipper is a local-first tool. You are responsible for protecting your device and maintaining any backup you need. Optional iCloud features depend on your Apple account, available storage, connectivity, and Apple services. Nirmita Technologies cannot recover content that it never receives.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, protecting your account and device, maintaining appropriate backups, and using the product lawfully. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, violate another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights, or use the product to harm or defraud others.
No professional advice
QuickClipper is a software tool and does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional when advice is needed.
Third-party services
Some features may rely on app stores, cloud hosting, authentication, email or phone verification, AI providers, iCloud, or other third parties. Their separate terms and policies may also apply. Nirmita Technologies is not responsible for services controlled by those providers.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to improve security, comply with law, or evolve the product. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, QuickClipper is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Nirmita Technologies LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the product.
Termination
You may stop using the product at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce this Agreement, comply with law, or secure the service.
Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Agreement. The effective date above identifies the current version.
