User Agreement

Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using QuickClipper, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

The service

QuickClipper keeps reusable text, links, code, notes, checklists, sketches and photos organized and ready whenever you need them, with reminders, folders and a Secure Vault. Search, tag, pin, and copy your most useful information in seconds. Features may change as we improve the product, and some functionality may depend on your device, region, operating system, or third-party services.

Your saved content

You retain responsibility for the clips, notes, links, sketches and photos you save. You must have the right to store and reuse that content and must not use QuickClipper to keep or distribute unlawful, infringing, harmful, or unauthorized material.

Storage, synchronization, and backups

QuickClipper stores your content on your device, and in our cloud only when you sign in to sync or share. You are responsible for protecting your device and maintaining any backup you need. Optional iCloud features depend on your Apple account, available storage, connectivity, and Apple services. Nirmita Technologies cannot recover content that it never receives.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, protecting your account and device, maintaining appropriate backups, and using the product lawfully. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, violate another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights, or use the product to harm or defraud others.

No professional advice

QuickClipper is a software tool and does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional when advice is needed.

Third-party services

Some features may rely on app stores, cloud hosting, authentication, email or phone verification, AI providers, iCloud, or other third parties. Their separate terms and policies may also apply. Nirmita Technologies is not responsible for services controlled by those providers.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to improve security, comply with law, or evolve the product. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, QuickClipper is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Nirmita Technologies LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the product.

Termination

You may stop using the product at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce this Agreement, comply with law, or secure the service.

Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Agreement. The effective date above identifies the current version.

Subscriptions and purchases

QuickClipper Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Payment is charged to that account when you confirm the purchase.

If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then. Any unused trial time ends when you buy a subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. If a subscription ends, Pro features stop working, but your content stays on your device.

Accounts

An account is optional and is used for sync and sharing. Keep your sign-in secure. You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Sync › Delete account.

Sharing

When you share a list, note or folder, everyone you invite can view and edit it, and can see your name. Anyone with your invite link or code can join until you stop sharing, so send it only to people you trust. You are responsible for what you share, and you may share only content you have the right to share.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Maryland. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) and Google Play’s terms also apply to purchases made through their stores.
